| Key points about my education and professional background:
• I have solid corporate experience and the ability of functioning in a variety of business settings. For over 11 years I was Human Resources Director for four companies from different sectors (FMCT, banking and insurance, IT and distribution), with different proprietary capital (Finnish, American, Dutch and Portuguese). • At the end of 2006 I established the Human Challenge company and started my own coaching practice. I have carried out individual and team coaching projects for managers from such companies as Raiffeisen Bank, Salans, ProLogis, Procter&Gamble, Deloitte, Allianz, Johnson&Johnson, Grupa Pracuj, Raben, BRE Bank, Teva Pharmaceuticals (over 750 coaching hours all together). • I am deeply committed to continuous development and enhancement of my coaching skills. I have graduated from the Co-Active Coaching Academy in one of the world’s leading coaching schools – The Coaches Training Institute. I am one of few people in Poland holding three international certificates – Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Business Coach (ICC). Additionally, I have obtained a certificate and the title of Authorized Team Diagnostic Assessment Facilitator granted by Team Coaching International (TCI) for team coaching processes. At the moment, I am also in the process of Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching training (ORSC). |
